Download issue from Digital Locker

After purchasing video editing software, I received an email from Dell with link to login to Digital Locker for download.  I was able to obtain product key, but upon attempting to download the software I received an error concerning a "missing key token" and the software couldn't be downloaded. After well over two hours on the phone with customer service and being disconnected a couple of times, the representative admitted it was an issue on their end regarding a corrupt link.  I attempted to ascertain a resolution from the rep to no avail; she stated I had to email tech support and request an alternate download link for the software.  I'm still waiting on the alternate link.

This by far ranks toward the top regarding poor customer service. Has anyone experienced something of this nature?
