<p>Terry Ruse, Director of Fuels & Technical Support, National FFV Awareness Campaign, has over 30 years of experience in the motor fuel business, managing gasoline, diesel, ethanol, and other fuels. Mr. Ruse has been directly involved in the U.S. ethanol and gasoline industries since the late 1970s.  During this time, Mr. Ruse managed the fuel supply for 51 retail and 10 bulk gasoline locations, as well as overseeing various expansions and operations as a wholesale fuels trader and project developer.  Mr. Ruse was recently the Chief Operating Officer of Agri-Ethanol Products, LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina; having successfully completed the feasibility studies and the business plan for this planned fuel-grade ethanol facility.  As a result of this project and others, Mr. Ruse has participated in financing activities with major New York based lending institutions and private equity providers across the country, making focused and detailed project presentations.</p> <p>Mr. Ruse is an accomplished public speaker and most recently delivered a presentation on renewable fuels to the September 2010, Heartland Energy Conference at Rogers State University. His extensive experience portfolio includes plant site assessment, feasibility studies, rail and truck transportation planning and negotiation, permitting and contract negotiations, both for feedstocks and product off-takes.</p> <p>Mr. Ruse was appointed by Oklahoma Governor Keating in 2002 as his representative to the Governors' Ethanol Coalition. Mr. Ruse is a former board member of the Clean Fuels Foundation and is a member of the Clean Fuels Development Coalition (CFDC). He was recognized by CFDC in 2004 as one of the Pioneers of the Ethanol Industry.</p>
