  Re: Technical Problem with my Audio Sound Driver Dear Sir/Madam, I would like you to fix my Audio Drivers, there is a technical problem with my Audio Sound Driver and can not hear a sound at all. I have tried so hard to restore the sound, but there have not been any progress, the sound is still not effective.  And have got help from and support from some computer engineers on what to do for example like,  clicking the blue Key together with the Fn key, still there it has not solved anything.  Secondly, to go into control Panel double- click on the audio tab, which I have done  and he mentioned to make sure that the playback device is not greyed out, which is still greyed out unfortunately.  And if greyed out, it means that I have lost the drivers and have to log into the dell website to download new Audio Drivers.  Which I have done already, and downloaded a sigmatel Audio driver, but still no sound effect.   A nd these problems occurs like if I am watching music videos of Artist, in the youtube music box, just seeing images of them singing, but cannot hear the sound at all,  also when istening to music in my media player, can not hear the sound or if I watch soaps, or documentaries, still can not hear the sound.  Which is what I have experienced in my dell Laptop computer. Please I would be very grateful, if you can repair this fault in my laptop which is very difficult, complicated and really complex situation.
