<p><strong>Kihoon Yoon</strong>, Ph.D.<b> </b>| Sr Principal Systems Dev Eng</p> <p>Dr. Kihoon Yoon is the Sr Principal Systems Dev Eng for HPC Engineering within Dell. Dr. Yoon's Ph.D. is from the University of Texas at San Antonio in Computer Science. He also holds M.S. in Microbiology. He has served in roles as a Bioinformatics Scientist and an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and bio-pharmaceutical companies. In these roles, he has lead building HPC infrastructure around Next Generation Sequencers, benchmarking genomics tools and developing various genomics pipelines.</p>
