Could not establish connection to server

We have a user on a Windows 7 64-bit device running the vWorkspace 7.6.0.791 version.  All others have been connecting find to the environment through Web Access but this one users gets the generic error "Could not establish connection to server"  Nothing appears in the event viewer on the server or client device and didn't know if someone has seen this before.  Thanks

Does this PC have the RDP 8 upgrade installed (KB2592687)? If so, you will need to ensure you have the RDP 8 patch applied. See this link for details:
