How to set up AD integration

We are struggling to complete the User Directory to allow us to pull in groups and users for the assessment (Under 'Hub Administration' and 'User Directory')

There are two key fields - Fully Qualified Name and Base DN but the documentation is not particularly exact in terms of an example.  If we have a domain called example.local and we are interested in pulling down a group called ExampleGroup what do we need to these text areas.

Attached is a picture of the screen :

Fully Qualified Name is dc=example;dc=local

Base DN is ou=examplegroup;dc=example;dc=local

We are not sure if this is correct or perhaps the woring way round or syntax.

We are getting erros not on saving but when we are trying to the import. We have had a range of errors including - Error. null
