Is there overhead in the assessment software that we need to take into account when looking at our assessment results?

Hello Gary,
Excuse the delay in getting back to you.
The assessment results look at the users, apps, desktops and calculate their results from that. The agent overhead is both negligable and not taken into consideration for those calculations.
