Networker 客户端无法备份

Server OS版本为2012 R2 64位，使用的版本为Networker8.2。客户端为重新安装的原来是7.6，已经删除后再进行安装。但是在进行备份时，报错：提示该备份组没有在使用一个或多个允许使用的客户端。

检查过联通性正常，客户端上使用Networker User可以连到服务器。服务器上我将客户端及备份组删除后重建还是一样的问题。后来发现将客户端放到其它的组中也是一样的报错。日志错误信息如下，想问一下这个是什么问题
