Inspiron 灵越 13 5310不能升级Windows 11？

关于Inspiron 灵越 13 5310不能升级Windows 11的问题，DELL官方是否能正式回复一下，是何原因？什么时候才能正式升级，现在关心这个问题的是整个购买Inspiron 灵越 13 5310的客户。

戴尔在11月3号发布了2.4.0版本的BIOS，升级到这个版本的BIOS后，CPU的频率在系统中被辨认为1.19GHz而不是之前的883MHz，也就可以通过Windows11的硬件要求，可以升级到Windows11了。下面是2.4.0版本BIOS的changelog

- Fixed the issue where systems with Intel Core i3 processors are unable to update to Windows 11 operating system.
