Aurora has poor performance when playing game and GPU temperature won't change

My desktop was purchased one and a half years ago. It used to have a great performance when playing big games. It is about 2 months ago, the GPU's temperature won't change, and I cannot play games like CSGO. When I tried to play games like GTA5, the image just stuck there. It used to be smooth with a GPU temperature about 60 degrees Celcius, now it just stays at 30 and the image is bad. Does anyone have any suggestions or have met the same situation before?

Your video cable is plugged into the discrete video card and not the motherboard's onboard video output right?

With laptops, it gets a tad more complex because of MaxQ, if you have that in your laptop.

@MddZztai : what graphics card do you have? Have you run some benchmark like userbenchmark or 3Dmark?

When I had this very same problem on a gaming notebook.. They replaced my graphics card after online/onphone  troubleshooting with a Alienware tech.  He downloaded some graphics stress testers and saw the temp  wasn't moving.  ---
