Aurora R10, Bluetooth missing

I recently bought a Aurora R10 Ryzen Edition and thought it was cool that I could pair my cell phone to it to answer calls and reply to messages. It worked for a few days then stopped without me noticing it. I tried a system restore back to when I thought it worked last (right before an update) and it started working again. After a few days it again stopped working. The check box in the Bluetooth settings was missing as well. Also, in the device manager Bluetooth was missing but seen grayed out within the hidden items.

I contacted Tech Support and the agent was able to get this resolved with a powerdrain and then by flashing the BIOS. Currently I am back up running but this has happened two times since then and not due to any updates. Luckily I know how to perform the steps again and again but it is getting a little annoying. I am sure if I leave my PC on all the time I think that it will stay connected.

Any ideas why the Bluetooth will go missing?
