[HELP] Dell Precision 3640 Tower - Boot Loop with VT-D Enabled, Can't Play Delta Force (DMA Shield Required)

I'm running into a critical issue trying to play Delta Force on Steam. The game's anti-cheat (DMA Shield) requires me to enable VT-D (Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O) in the BIOS.

The exact guide is here:
https://guidance.intl.anticheatexpert.com/?id=2

My System:

  • Model: Dell Precision 3640 Tower

  • Motherboard: 0D4MD1

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-10700

The Problem:

  1. If I enable VT-D in the BIOS, my computer gets stuck on the Windows loading screen during boot. It never proceeds to login. The only fix is to enter BIOS again and disable VT-D.

  2. If I disable VT-D, the game's anti-cheat (DMA Shield) blocks me from launching.

I'm stuck in a catch-22: VT-D ON = No Boot. VT-D OFF = No Game.

Thank you in advance!
