Outdated or malfunctioning drivers are the root cause of many Windows 10 bluescreen errors. The PNP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR is no different. Usually caused by malfunctioning Plug and Play (PNP) drivers or devices.
If the problem is an external device, unplug it.
When in safe mode, Check Disk will find and fix any problems with the OS(C:) files and/or can be fixed using the following methods [Here].

Have you tried a System Restore?
Have a read through this. Maybe going back to a previous restore point will help.
