m15 R5, unexpected shutdown
My m15 R5 is experiencing an unexpected shutdown without any pattern. When it shuts down, the Alienware logo give 2 red lights. Does anyone know what is happening and what does the 2 red lights mean?

The Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition R5 Diagnostic LED Codes are red + blue. There should be blue LED lights after your two red LED lights.
Has any work such as replace battery been undertaken?

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the
right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
