Questions about my alienware laptop

In 2018 I bought a alienware laptop, it was a r3 15 inches and it worked perfectly but a couple of weeks ago when I open the laptop it was all cracked like someone had sit on it, and the cracks were getting worse  and I haven't done anything to the laptop, I don't know if it overheats and if that has something to do, the laptop works but it basically in pieces. Do you think I can talk with someone from support and they can help me do something ?

Did you purchase the extended warranty for accidental damage? Basic one year or extended warranties do not cover breakage. Make sure you completely turn off a laptop before closing the lid for an extended period of time or before you transport it in a case.

Check with Dell repair services to see if it is worth having it repaired. It might be better to buy a new laptop.

    Mgr998,

You need to reply to the private messages sent to you by DELL-Cares asking for the service tag number. We need it to ascertain what warranty was purchased by you.
