x15 R1, AWCC doesn't start
Hi. I have an alienaware X15 R1 laptop. Alienware was working good till I guess some update broke it in the last 2 months I guess.
I have followed the instructions to unistall and reinstall alienware command center, twice at least, with no success. Command center doesnt start. I can see the logo on the screen, and after a couple of seconds the app just closes, with no reported error.
My bios is updated, gforce drivers updated, sound drivers updated, etc.
The version of aienware command center was dowloaded from support vcenter, so I guess is the latest: Alienware-Command-Center-Application_87Y0N_WIN_5.8.2.0_A00.exe
I have win11. Can someone help me on this problem? thanks in advance

Go HERE. Insert the private Service Tag to check the warranty status.
Uninstall the small version AWCC 5.x 6.02MB 87Y0N 5.8.2.0. Then restart.
Install the Full Installer version AWCC 5.x 1.1GB HDJ7T 5.8.2.0. Then restart and test.

Do you have Alienware Command Center Package Manager under installed Apps? You can modify and repair Command Center.
Maybe try uninstalling both command center and gpu drivers. Install Command center first and then graphics drivers.
