XML Schema

Hello,

For the ATMOS responses that are formated in XML is there an associated XML Schema for these documents ?

    Don,

I posted a copy of the WSDL files here.

There's not a specific reason as to why there's no XML schema --- they are indeed well documented in the Programmer's Guide though.

We do not have a schema defined today, I am checking to see if/when this will be available

    Scott,

Has there been any consideration or update  on an XML Schema for the ATMOS responses that use XML?  I think it would great to have an XML schema so that JAXB could be used.  But I understand if you do not plan on providing an XML Schema too.  It would be good to have a definitive answer.

    Don,

We publish the SOAP WSDL Schema in the Atmos Programmer's Guide.

We don't have plans to publish the schema for the REST interface though.

    Raj,

I'm looking at EMC ATMOS ONLINE Programmer's Guide version 1.2.7 Revision C and I do not see any documention about WSDL.  Can you post a URL to the document that contains the WSDL for ATMOS?

Also, I'm curious why no schema is planned for REST interface?  What is the rational for not defining a XML Schema for a XML document?  I would find this interesting if there is a specific reason.
