Hey guys,

We have two sites that are geographically separated from one another both running separate Avamar servers. We want to replicate data between the two sites but have a couple of questions before doing so.

Our connection speeds between the two offices is rather limited so instead of running the initial replication which would essentially copy all data from one location to another, is it possible to extract the data from the host server, save it on a storage device, and physically transfer it to the destination server then import it, thus creating the initial 'replication' domain?

I searched for documentation regarding this issue but came up with no solutions, is this possible?
