Cannot use provisioning wizard

Hi,

I have a celerra NX4

when I try to use the provisioning wizard I receive error :

Storage is already being provisioned. A new session cannot be created until session *number* is completed.

How do I kill that session?

Hi,

It's with the Cellera Manager.

Rebooted the CS to no avail.

Might try again today.

Hi Stephen,

welcome to the forum.

Is this the provisioning wizard from CSA (initial setup with Windows program) or called from Celerra Manager ?

If its the latter and your are done with the other config I would just reboot the control station.

Otherwise try a knowledgebase search or open a service request

Experiencing the same error. Has anybody solved this? I have a call in with EMC support, but waiting for a call back. If anybody has any information it would be helpful! Thank you!

EMC Support has confirmed with me that this is a known issue. You must contact EMC support and have them perform an upgrade on the system.
