I am trying to move file systems using celerra replicator v1 . when i ran fs_copy command the source checkpoint is unable to copy to the destination file system.
After that when i ran fs_copy -info on the source checkpoint i am getting error stating ->Error 3139: src_fs1_ckpt1 is not a member of a fs copy session. So any suggestions please on this.
could you please post the commands you used, so we can try to understand what's happening ?
Basically, you need to :
1) take a checkpoint of the Production File System; 2) create the Secondary File System as rawfs, and mount it as read only; 3) cfs_opy the ckpt contents to the SFS using -option convert=no; 4) take a second checkpoint of the PFS; 5) fs_copy this second checkpoint with -fromfs parameter and let the SFS to be converted; 6) create the replication session using fs_replicate ( if desired ).
I tried to these steps. But when i am running fs_copy to copy source checkpoint to the destination file system its not able to complete. Its running for hours and nothing is copied. can anyone tell how to reslove issue.
