How to generate CA request

I have two celerra's on the same domain and the self generated certs don't let me manage all parts through unisphere.  i can see the properties on everything on one system but get a certificate error on the other.  I believe I need to go to CA certificates to eliminate this.  How to I generate them.

Ran the instructions in the primus

Then went in to add exception and it says "no information available unable to

obtain identification status for the given site"
