Hi, Can any one answer me about the Celerra.
Regardless of whether it is mountd or nfsd which performs the service, what is the number of threads that can be spawned for requests?
For NFS threads, the default is 256, though this can be modified (see the using NFS guide for details, though modifying this is generally not needed or recommended).
For Mount threads, prior to 5.5.27 the number was 3. In 5.5.27 and later, the number increased to 64.
Keep in mind that the number of threads basically relates to the number of requests that we will process *in parallel*. This doesn't do anything to prevent clients from potentially sending us hundreds or thousands of requests in parallel.
