Compellent PE causing vmware events

I am constantly getting events in vmware on vvols not supported on my hba SAS adapter. VMware does not support VVols on a SAS interface but I cannot figure out how to disable my SC4020 from presenting lun id's 256 and 257 which are the PE's for VVols. My front end connectivity is SAS and it looks like Compellent enables this by default. Here is the VMware KB:

    Try to set Disk.Max.Lun to 255 -> kb.vmware.com/.../search.do

    Thanks for the help! This did indeed solve my issue and VMware confirmed that this is the official workaround.
