Storage Center Issue.
We recently updated EM to 6.4 and SC to 6.3.1 and found that on some workstation that we installed the new version of EM on that we could not launch SC from EM? We get the following error:
Unable to download file list from selected Storage Center. no protocol: null/filelist.xml.gz
Anyone ever run into this error and if so do you know how to resolve the problem? Thanks! Mike

From reading your post it sounds like it may be something with java. However, what I would recommend you to do is do a phone home so that the array will email the logs to our support center. The I would reach out to the Compellent Copilot team at 866-397-8673. That way one of our phone engineers will be able to remote into the system and be able to investigate what is causing the issue.
