Go to SolutionAurora R16, missing game master key
Hello, I recently bought a Alienware gaming PC. On the receipt it says it comes with Assassins Creed Shadow digital download. When I try to redeem it, its asking me for a master key that I cannot find either on my receipt or the packaging the PC came with or anywhere. If anyone could help please let me know <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> thanks in advance

I found it it was in the digital locker, so if anyone else is looking for a master key it’ll be in your digital locker in your dell account. Thanks everyone for your help

I have the same problem. There was physical card in the box and nothing is listed in the Dell Digital Locker.

It should be on your Dell account page.
If you go to the top right and click on the person icon you should see "My Account". Click that and then scroll down to software and subscriptions. You should see it listed there.
It should also be in your Dell Digital Locker, which is a program that is preinstalled on the R16.
