Order Issues With Customer "Care"

This all started a few days ago when I attempted to use a $100 gift card that I got from extending a computer warranty for three years. ($800+ addition to my account).

Since opening my account I have spent around $6000 on two separate Alienware computers (One desktop and one laptop), which apparently I'm lucky because I have not had any issues with those.

Since I got the giftcard I decided to buy a spare Alienware keyboard and a new mouse for while I'm at work which came out to a small total of $104ish dollars. (No big right?, No....)

I apparently put my debit card security code in wrong and it placed the order on hold and I was told I NEEDED to contact Customer Support to do anything with the order. So, what do i do? I call customer care.

I called twice (first time I got hung up on!) and then second time I got connected with the SAME operator that had just hung up on me! So I attempted to use the live chat instead... Just to have them to tell me I have to still call and they could not assist me in the slightest.

At this point I am beyond frustrated and need to leave for work. (BUT WAIT! there is more).

I get to work and come to find out I have been CHARGED between $2.00 - $2.80 per call and "Live chat" to customer service.

I have now been charged $8 dollars for trying to resolve a ordering issue. Mind you, with the gift card my order should have only cost me $4 from my debit card. This is unacceptable! I don't want to call customer service to just get hung up on and charged again. Catch 22 much?!
