I ordered my laptop Vostro 5410 a week ago and made my payment through debit card ,, dell says i will receive my order confirmation by 48hrs and updated in my profile,, its been more than a week now but still i don't get any confirmation or updates on my profile,, i contacted dell customer care but they said my order was confirmed and will receive my confirmation shortly,, but nothing happens, I don't know when will i get my laptop if the confirmation itself takes more than a week!!!
