As a current college student time is something I have little of and trying to order an alienware laptop was a very poor experience and a big waste of my time.  After going through the phone calls I was actually glad the order was canceled in the end.  I will not buy, nor attempt to, a dell or alienware product again.  This is my first time and last time I'll be interested in either of those products.  The order processing setup has cost you guys a customer on the first try.  I've had better experiences with HP and I'm going to stick with HP from now on.
