XPS 10 not functioning

My wife (against my wishes) bought me an XPS 10 tablet with Windows 8 RT installed. She purchased 2 Kensington keyboards to use with it. One from Dell and the other from Amazon. The tablet WILL NOT recognize either one and they are connected and Bluetooth IS enabled on the tablet. Trying to use the computer is an exercise in extreme anger!!:emotion-12: Right now I am unable o log in because the on screen keyboard WILL NOT recognize ANY key presses! That is the major problem with this tablet. To get it to recognize any key presses, I start out light and have to get extremely stronger key presses. I purchased a stylus because my fingers are big. The styluses do not work on this TOUCH Keyboard:emotion-39:

I have the feeling that if I had purchased anything but a Dell (without W8 RT) I would not have any of these problems. The other tablets I have investigated are superior in all aspects. AND THEY ARE LESS EXPENSIVE!! They also, generally, have more than one USB port. I'm not sure but I believe I need either a new tablet or a refund so I can purchase a GOOD one!

    Skippy Boy,

Before any discussion of an exchange or refund can occur, you must troubleshoot the issues. Please repost your message on this Forum board so the mobile users can assist you in troubleshooting.
