Have anyone been able to schedule a report that shows number of free+recyclable+unlabeled volumes for each library?

In summary I want this report to be able to notify me when there is low (example 5) free+recyclable+unlabeled volume left in library by pool.

I have tried all media management reports, couldnt find the report I need.
