Hi,

DiskXtender 6.1 for Windows and have a problem scenario where we have tier 1 and tier 2 storage levels. After a certain time files that have not been used on tier 1 disk are migrated to tier 2 disk. We have hit a problem where the files on tier 1 that have been migrated are not returning files when accessing the stub file - they just seem to hang. There is an error message "file does not exist". It's as if the Tier 1 disk has lost track of the Tier 2 files now. This has been working fine up to now.

Some things tested :

Rebooted the DiskXtender Server.
Checked the disk storage is online and accessable outside of DiskXtender.
Checked the dxdiagnostics log and can't see any errors.

Any ideas?
