EqualLogic PS6010XV IOPS MBPS

Hello guys,

Is there any site where I can get some reliable info. regarding performance for the PS6010XV arrays ? Like IOPS and MBPS for different RAID configurations for reading/writing with 8k, 32k streams ?

thank you

    mahmureala,

Let me see if we have anything like that available. Some of it is going to depend on the workload you are trying to run. Do you have a workload that you are trying to model, that would help me track it down better?

Hello! I am looking for this same information. I have several requests for IOPS information. We have a very large number of EQ arrays from PS100s to PS6010XV and implemented in all types of Applications.

This is just my personal opinion on the matter of IOPS and MB/s

I doubt if you will find many, if any, companies willing to post that information about any array.
There are so many factors that come into play outside of their control for any numbers to be accurate.

If a company says an array can do X IOPS at Yk stream some people will look at it and say "why can't I get those numbers what is wrong with my SAN?" and others will look and say "That isn't high enough I am never buying those products".
