That part number was for a 4-cell battery.
There is no way we can know if that is a genuine Dell battery. Counterfeits can look convincing.
As I said, that battery was used in several Dell Vostro models from about 14 years ago to 11 years ago. Dell generally produces laptop batteries for only about four years. So, even if it is a genuine Dell battery, it would be dead and useless by now.
It could have originally been a Dell battery, but since the cells would now be dead someone may have removed the dead cells and inserted new ones that are not from Dell. Or, it may be entirely counterfeit, a cheap battery that they printed to look like a Dell battery.

That battery was used in several Dell Vostro models from about 14 years ago to 11 years ago. Dell generally produces laptop batteries for only about four years. So, what you have is either not a Dell battery or has been refurbished in some way such as inserting new cells.
That battery model was a 4-cell unit.
