How can I adjust the timeout on the keyboard backlight? As supplied it goes off way too quickly, and I'd like to change it to permanently on?

I have the same issue.
Talked with Dell support, and also provided feedback.
Apparently it is not supported.
Dell needs to fix this.
If the laptop is plugged in, then why does it matter. Just leave the keyboard backlighting ON.
