My dell inspiron 15 with amd a6 7th gen processor and 320gb storage and 4gs of ram with windows 10 is stuck in a loop i cant get windows to boot the dell loading screen comes on then i go to boot options n try to boot from hard drive even tried my bootable usb flash drive and i get to the option to pick the 64bit or 32bit i choose 64bit itll say loading files then right to the dell loading screen plz help
