slow performance. gpu failures. Dell G3 15 3590

My performance is extremely dropped(In cs go I used to get 250 fps but dropped to 30 fps). I set every possible setting to high performance, both in Dell Power Manager and Alienware Command Center. I made every test i can in support assist finally when i tried to do this tests with support site i found the failures below. But it did not recommend any solutions. Can someone help me? I have Dell G3 15 3590.

Post a picture or video of your FPS in games. Have you checked the Task manager for your Clockspeed? And if your GPU has failed, it can’t show inside the task manager either.

Check if your product is in warranty because people replaced theirs for free because of their 2 year warranty.

Quick Tip: If your laptop has voltage / charging issues, try shutting it down, unplugging power from laptop, hold power button down for 30 seconds to do a full reset!

DON'T BUY DELL IF YOU NEED A GAMING PC! ALMOST 60-80 FPS IN CS GO AND I ONLY USED FOR 3 MONTHS. I TRIED EVERYTHING BUT THERE RE NO SOLUTION BUT BUYING MSI OR ASUS..

I’d recommend getting a AMD model of an asus or msi laptop.
