Hello,

I have an Isilon H500 that I use for demo purposes. On one of the nodes, I was receiving an "IFS mount failed" error. I tried both reformat and reimage methods.

When I start the reformat process, the drives begin formatting, but the node reboots during the operation. I can see that most of the drives reach 100%, but some of them do not fully complete.

Afterward, during the boot process, I receive the warning below and the boot is aborted.

"Test Journal exited with error - Checking Battery Health... Battery 1 is unhealthy. Check that the batteries are fully charged, then reboot. If the batteries are fully charged and not healthy contact EMC Customer Support for replacements. To prevent a DL situation, contact Dell EMC Customer Support immediately:"

I am aware that the battery is in a degraded state. Is there any way to ignore this condition?

When I try the reimage process, I receive a “Missing boot loader” warning.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
