BIOS password missing
My Dell Latitude 7490 is locked at the Dell Security Manager pre-boot password screen. I have forgotten the system/administrator password. I cannot access Windows or the BIOS. F12 and Fn + Power do not bypass the screen. I need help recovering the BIOS/system password.

You need to call Dell support with verification of ownership. Have a credit card handy to pay for the support call, which will not be free of charge.
