I haven't tried this myself, but the chipset in the E5430 model does support the CPU you mentioned (LINK). Only thing I don't know is if the thermal solution in the laptop is sufficient for the CPU, but as you already have it in your possession, I would just try it. The Dell support documentation describes how to remove and install a CPU for your model, see this link.
