Any event leading to the issue?  Restore BIOS settings to default value to ensure M.2 storage is enable and RAID is ON.  Run diagnostics to see if any hardware issue, specifically the M.2 boot drive.

@Chino de Oro​ I haven't used this laptop in years, it's been sitting in storage. I checked the log and it showed a data wipe in 2022! First pic below shows logs. Second and third pic show Storage tab. Fourth pic shows Boot Configuration.

I see.  If the boot drive had been wiped, you may want to reset the BIOS settings to default value and then, installing operating system.

I suggest to change storage controller from AHCI to RAID because in the event of the system lose CMOS backup power again (indicated date and time need reset), the storage setting will revert back to RAID and causing no bootable device error.

1) disable Secure Digital SD card
2) add boot Option -> select the M.2 NVMe SSD
3) and uncheck the Uefi HTTPs Placeholder

@petermuss​ When I click to add boot option, I don't see the SSD listed. And when I click 'Browse for file', it does nothing.
