Latitude e7440, wrong battery voltage?

What is the battery voltage for Latitude e7440? Why am I asking this question is because my laptop says it uses a 19.5v battery, but it has a 11.5v battery. Please tell me what is wrong.

    The AC adapter is rated at 19.5v.

    The battery is rated at 11.5v.
