Have you been able to connect in the past? Did you make any changes or updates before the problem occurred? What happens when you try to connect (error messages, etc.)? Run system diagnostics to make sure that your wifi adapter is not having trouble. Restart the system and at the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Run diagnostics paying attention to the wifi results. Also I believe there is a wireless switch on the side of the laptop, make sure it is in the on position.
