aurora r4 system fan failure

Hi I'am having problems with my aurora r4. system fan failure from time to time when booting up. Alienware thermal Control always shows that system is at 0% but all of the fans are physically working. I will try to post a screen shot of it when i got home. Its is my secong r4 my 1st died after 4 months of owning it my r4 now is the replacement  and my warranty expired last March can anyone help me on this one thanks in advance.

Note: I barely use my r4 busy work schedule

    Hi, 

    Make sure your system is running the latest Bios firmware, click here for the download link. Try reinstalling the Alienware Command Center application, click here for the download link. Uninstall it first from Programs and Features, then restart the system and install it again.

    Your screen-shot is not correct. System Fan and CPU fan are actually the same fan and should not be shown twice. Also, the Pump status is missing.

    For Windows-7, I run Command Center v2.8.9.0 .

    Hi Rodrigo,

    Thanks for the reply My system is currently running the A11 BIOS firmaware I also installed the one from the link just to be sure it is the same though, I have done re-installing the command center as you instructed and still the same. system fan still 0% but its physically running.

    i used the 3.6 command center now i have the pump no more system fan tab.

    I will see if the system fan failure on boot up will go away thanks ;)

    Hi Tesla is there any link where i can download v2.8.9.0 command center i used to have the Pump status before the fan failure issue began on start up
