Aurora R6- Memory Upgrade.
I am currently using 8GB (1x8GB) 2400MHz DDR4 Non-ECC UDIM and would like to add an additional 8gb but since I am not very educated on computers am I able to buy something off amazon that runs @ 2400mhz w/8gb memory, without running into any issues, or would I need to purchase the exact same 8gb model from dell? And if I do have to order it from dell, where can I find such product, as I am unable to locate it on dells Canadian website? Thank you very much.

Hi,
This system supports four DIMM sockets. The memory type is DDR4, 2400 MHz, up to 2667 MHz with XMP (optional). The supported configurations are 4 GB, 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB (2400 MHz only). You do not need to purchase the exact same model from Dell, just make sure that the memory meets the specification requirements. If you cannot find it on the Dell site, we recommend that you contact the Dell sales department directly to inquire about this.
