Hi,

I want to format my alienware X51, the recovery drive is empty. Am I suppose to get the discs from Dell? If so where?

Reason for formatting is because as I am playing a first person game, my computer tends to randomly make a beeping sound until I let go of the key, but then if I press another key it beeps again. So basically the whole computer freezes up, and each time I press a key the game moves one frame. I have contacted support before an upgraded my bios but the problem still persists.
