Hello,

I just purchased a new Dell workstation.  This workstation includes a M.2 256GB PCle NVMe Class 40 SSD.  Does this SSD require periodic firmware updates?  I ask because the Intel 530 Series SSD in my laptop contains a firmware and trim update utility function - which I used once a week...updated whenever Intel updated the firmware.

...in theory I imagine this is similar to defragging an optical drive?
