8100 E-Support Button

My E-Support button no longer works. Any ideas on how to fix it?

You need tio uninstall your Solution center and then re-install it off you dell backup installed program cd. it will work fine after that.

Or even better, download the updated version of Solution Center from Dell downloads. My e-button never worked with the version on the CD; it worked only after I installed version 1.2; the newest is 1.3.
