Adobe PhotoShop Elements Option - Does it include the media/CD?

Does the Photoshop Elements come on CD or is it pre installed?

Want to install Vista x64 so need to have on media I assume to do this.

the CD should have come with your PC,, even if its preinstalled u get a copy of the CD .

I have an XPS 420 and it came with the software preinstalled, but there is an accompanying CD with the installer and serial key.

My XPS420 came with the Adobe Suite preinstalled and included the installation CD.
