Depends on the file - what is the file extension? .pdf? Adobe Acrobat Reader. .jpg, .gif, .bmp? Image viewer, like Paint, or the excellent 3rd party application "Irfan View." .Htm, or .swf files can be opened in Internet Explorer. The list goes on and on.
