ati3duag.dll problems

I have had my Dell Dimension Desktop E510 for a year now. I have been gaming on it and its been working fine. About a week ago i started getting Fatal System Errors and the computer would shut down. Each time i get an error message, it says it was caused by the file ati3duag.dll. I have done a system restore, driver reset, pc restore, crash analysis, ran hardware tests and the problem still persists. I did some reading and seen many other people have had problems with the exact file. My question is could this be from my Video Card? its a RADEON X300 SE 128 MB. Could that be causing these Blue Screen Errors? Any Information on what this could be would help. If my video card should be upgraded any insight on E510 compatible video cards would be great.

Thanks,
